2. Booking Cancellation Guidelines
- 24 Hours Before Scheduled Move: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled moving slot will be processed without cancellation penalties.
- Same-Day Cancellation: If a confirmed booking is cancelled after packing material or transport vehicles have been dispatched to your property, minimal operational mobilization costs may apply.
3. Free Service Rescheduling
We understand that moving plans change. You can request to reschedule your moving date or time slot free of charge by notifying us at least 12 hours in advance via phone call at +91 88800 62229 or WhatsApp message, subject to vehicle and crew availability on the new requested date.
4. Advance Refund Process
If an advance token payment was made for a confirmed booking, eligible refund requests will be processed to the original payment source or via UPI/bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days following cancellation approval.
