At Alok Home Shifting Packers And Movers Bangalore, we strive to provide the highest quality service. We understand that plans may change, and we have established this Refund Policy to be fair to both our customers and our business.

1. Contact us immediately at 8880062229 via call or WhatsApp to cancel your booking.
2. Provide your name, booking date, and the reason for cancellation.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Refunds for UPI and bank transfer payments will be made via the same channel.

4. Service Rescheduling

We understand that dates may need to change. Here is our rescheduling policy:

• Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance: Free of charge, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made 24–48 hours in advance: A nominal rescheduling fee of ₹500 may apply.
• Same-day rescheduling: Subject to team availability and may incur additional charges.
• A booking can be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times without cancellation.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• If the customer is not available at the pickup location at the agreed time and the team has already dispatched.
• If the pickup address or access is inaccessible and the shift cannot be completed.
• If the customer refuses to allow our team to complete the service after it has commenced.
• For partially completed services where work has already been performed.

6. Damage Claims

Refund requests related to damaged goods during transit are governed by our Terms and Conditions Damage Policy. Damage claims must be raised at the time of delivery.
