1. Agreement to Terms

By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Terms

• All bookings must be confirmed with a call or WhatsApp message to 8880062229.
• A booking is confirmed only after our team verbally confirms the date, time, and price.
• The customer must disclose all items to be shifted at the time of booking to ensure accurate pricing.
• Any additional items added on the day of shifting may incur extra charges.
• Customers must ensure that the pickup and delivery addresses are accessible for our vehicles.

3. Shifting and Transportation Conditions

• We will make every effort to complete the move on the scheduled date and time, but unforeseen delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors may occur.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all valuables, cash, jewelry, and important documents are kept with them and not handed over to the moving team.
• We do not transport prohibited items including hazardous materials, flammable substances, illegal goods, animals, or perishable food items.
• The customer must be present or designate a responsible adult at both pickup and delivery locations.
• Our team will follow all building rules and society by-laws for loading and unloading.

4. Damage Policy

• We take utmost care in packing and transporting your goods. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to items.
• Claims for damage during shifting must be reported at the time of delivery. We will not accept damage claims reported after 24 hours of delivery.
• Our liability for any damaged or lost item is limited to the actual value of the item, not exceeding the total invoice amount of the move.
• We are not liable for damage to items that were self-packed by the customer.
• For high-value items, we recommend additional transit insurance at an extra cost.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
• Quoted prices are estimates. Final invoice may vary based on actual time, materials used, and any additional services rendered.
• GST will be charged as applicable per current government regulations.
• Non-payment or delayed payment may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alok Home Shifting Packers And Movers Bangalore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Karnataka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
